We’ll help you explore cross-license opportunities to expand your reach. Ask us how! Conduct assessments of students’ mental health, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral needs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Provide individual and group counseling services focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, peer relationships, and family conflict. Respond to crises within the school setting, including suicide risk assessments, child abuse reporting, and emergency mental health support. Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans, especially addressing emotional, behavioral, and social goals. Serve as a liaison between school personnel, families, and community agencies to coordinate support and access to resources like mental health services, food assistance, or housing. Develop and implement school-wide prevention programs and social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives aimed at improving school climate and student well-being. Provide consultation to teachers and school staff regarding behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and student mental health concerns. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, interventions, progress, and referrals in accordance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines

Position Details :
- Start Date : August 2025 for the 2025–2026 school year
- Hours : Part-Time (10 hours / week), Full-Time opportunities available if willing to get crossed-licensed in other states
- Must have active LCSW license in Maine
- Grade Levels : K–12th Grades
- Compensation : Starting at $46 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- Location : 100% Remote
