Our skilled nursing facility in Maumee, Ohio is seeking an experienced Human Resources / Business Office Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role responsible for managing HR functions, payroll, and business office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day facility performance.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable / payable, and resident trust accounts
Manage payroll processing, new hire onboarding, and employee records
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies
Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and benefits administration
Partner with department heads to support recruiting, retention, and staff engagement initiatives
Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred
Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and billing procedures
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll software
Compassionate leadership style and ability to work collaboratively with all departments
