Location : Trenton NJ 08625 Duration : 6+ Months (possible extension) Hours / week : 37.5hrs Shift timings : Mon-Fri 8-4;00 pm Pay rate : $18.00 / hr on W2 without benefits

Job Description :

• Answer phone and generate helpdesk tickets, check our email ticket system to assign to correct unit.
• Answer phone and generate helpdesk tickets using HEAT system.
• Assign tickets to the correct unit. Training in the use of the HEAT system will be provided.
