Masterbilt Inc., a leader in precision aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a skilled and hands-on CNC Programmer – Mill (Supervisor) to lead and grow our Milling Department at our Phoenix, AZ facility. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in CNC programming and machining with strong leadership abilities to oversee a team of 3 machinists, optimize production workflows, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality across all milling operations.

This position plays a key role in supporting our continued growth and commitment to excellence in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and mentor a team of 3 CNC mill machinists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead daily production meetings, assign work priorities, and ensure all team members meet quality and productivity goals.
• Provide hands-on technical support, coaching, and training to machinists to enhance skills and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to recruit, onboard, and grow the milling team as production demands increase.
