Benefits And Wellness Analyst

The Benefits and Wellness Analyst supports the Town's Benefits and Wellness Manager in administering, maintaining, and improving the Town's employee benefits and wellness programs. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of benefits transactions, assists with leave administration, manages retiree benefits, and provides responsive service to employees, retirees, and vendors. The Analyst works closely with HR Consultants, payroll staff, and third-party administrators to maintain compliance, accuracy, and effective communication around benefits and wellness programs.

This position reports to the Benefits and Wellness Manager.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
