The Physician will perform duties ranging from clinic responsibilities to the communication of test results and medication management. Communicate test results effectively in accordance with established directives. Adhere to medication policies and procedures without providing sample medications to patients. Provide comprehensive discharge education and follow-up instructions, coordinated with subsequent care settings. Additional Information Board Certification required. Minimum of one year of experience in the field. Proficiency with the CPRS EMR system is essential.
