What you will receive as an Office Admin / Coordinator :
- Starting Pay : $20-21 / hr (depending on experience)
- Shift : Monday - Friday : 8am to 5pm (Saturdays OT as needed)
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Available
- Contract-to-Hire
- Located in Wilsonville, Oregon
- Paid weekly (every Friday)
What you will be doing as an Office Admin / Coordinator :
Customer Service & CommunicationServe as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-personAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and scheduling requests promptly and professionallyMaintain a sense of urgency and empathy when handling service issues or complaintsPhone and Call Center SupportHandle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to move coordination, follow-ups, and appointment confirmationsRelay information accurately to the dispatch and operations teamsOffice Coordination & Administrative TasksManage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspaceSupport office staff with scheduling, document filing, and internal communicationCoordinate with field crew and warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothlyData Entry & Record KeepingInput customer data, service details, and transaction records accurately into internal systemsMaintain and update spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelEnsure all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with company policiesSoftware & Technology UseUtilize Microsoft Outlook for internal and customer communicationsCreate, edit, and manage Excel spreadsheets for scheduling and reportingLearn and adapt to industry-specific software platforms as requiredWhat you need to have as an Office Admin / Coordinator :
Superior customer service skills (Required)Previous phone or call center experience (Preferred)Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Mandatory)Excellent multitasking and organizational abilitiesPrior office and data entry experience (Preferred and Required, respectively)A proactive attitude and ability to handle time-sensitive situationsDependable transportation to and from workMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening
