As an Appointment Setter at WarriorBabe, you play a crucial role in helping women take the first step toward transforming their health and confidence. Your work goes beyond simply scheduling callsyou're connecting with individuals ready to start life-changing fitness journeys. By engaging and qualifying leads, you help open the door to a supportive community and personalized coaching that empowers women to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. Your role truly makes a meaningful impact on their path to wellness and personal growth.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by WarriorBabe.
• Qualify potential clients by asking key questions about their fitness goals and needs.
• Schedule appointments for Enrollment Advisors (Closers) with interested prospects.
• Follow up with leads to confirm and reduce no-shows.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Communicate daily with the team via Slack and sales huddles.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
• Represent WarriorBabe's supportive and empowering brand in every interaction.
