Superintendent – Cincinnati, OH
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects across the Cincinnati region. This role is ideal for a field leader who thrives in a culture focused on safety, innovation, and quality.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all daily field operations for complex construction projects
- Lead and mentor site teams, including subcontractors and craft labor
- Ensure top performance in safety, schedule, budget, and quality
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to achieve milestones
- Conduct site meetings, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- Utilize modern construction technology, lean methods, and self-perform capabilities to drive efficiency
