Substance Abuse Counselor

Matrix Providers is hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in at Naval Hospital Bremerton / Bremerton, WA.

• Employment Status : Full-time
• Schedule : Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600 a nd 1730 hours. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5 to 9 hour period, to include an uncompensated 30 to 60 minute lunch break, respectively.

Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)

Minimum Qualifications for Substance Abuse Counselor :

with specialized training in substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment.

Certified Addictions Counselor.

Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support : Maintain a national certification

credential by the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse

Counselors or National Board of Certification Counselors or International Certification

& Reciprocity Consortium / Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse.
