Account Executive - Fashion/Headwear

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

We partner with clients across the country to bring our collections to life. Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence.

Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, youll support the sales team in managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, apparel, sales, and building strong customer relationships. Youll learn the ins and outs of wholesale and retail apparel sales while developing the skills to grow into a senior sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and growing assigned customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely communication.
• Communicate directly with buyers and factories about development and production issues.
• Place, track and manage PROTO, SMS and PPS sample developments.
• Issue purchase and sales orders to optimize business.
• Create and update weekly WIP reports for buyers.
• LDP & FOB costing.
• Attend buyer meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in apparel/accessories coordination and/or import production preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel & Word.
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.
