Join a compassionate, patient-centered healthcare team committed to improving access to quality care in a rural community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to oversee and grow our Physical Therapy program.
The Lead PT will provide direct patient care while supervising and mentoring a small team of therapists and support staff. This role also includes program development, quality improvement, and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellence in rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy department
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan
- Supervise, mentor, and support PT staff
- Collaborate with medical providers and nursing staff to optimize outcomes
- Contribute to strategic planning to enhance and expand rehabilitation services
Qualifications :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degreeCurrent Georgia PT license (or eligibility for licensure)3+ years of clinical experience preferred all experience levels consideredStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsPassion for serving rural communitiesCompensation and Benefits :
