Advocacy Center Director
Team Gilbert is seeking an Advocacy Center Director to take the lead in building a brand new department and build its structure, policies, and partnerships from the ground updriving effective operations, accreditation readiness, and impactful support for victims of interpersonal violence. This best-in-class facility will be home to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing trauma-informed services that empower and support victims on their journey to healing. As the Director, you'll oversee innovative programs, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive impactful initiatives that reflect Gilbert's values of being driven, kind, bold, and humble.
As we lay the foundation for our new Advocacy Center, the role of the Advocacy Center Director will stand as the cornerstone of our mission. This visionary leader will shape the culture, strategy, and impact of the entire departmentensuring survivors receive compassionate, trauma-informed support while building strong partnerships across law enforcement, healthcare, and community organizations.
