Addiction Counselor

Pay Range : $21 - $25.11 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Therapy
• Conduct intake assessments including recommendations for treatment
• Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Caseload management
• Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.
• Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals.
• Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed.
• Administrative
• Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.
