QA Release Manager

A company is looking for a QA & Release Manager for IT Infrastructure & Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Own the quality and release lifecycle for infrastructure changes across data centers and public cloud environments

Establish quality gates and automate validation processes for infrastructure changes

Integrate infrastructure changes into CI / CD pipelines and ensure compliance with risk and audit standards

Required Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise Infrastructure & Operations, with 3-5+ years leading QA and Release for infra / platform changes

Experience in creating a repeatable release train with measurable reliability

Strong command of ITIL v4 change principles for modern infrastructure

Hands-on experience with source control, pipeline tooling, and incident management

Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and improve operational KPIs
