We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to oversee and enhance our human resources operations in Wahiawa, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the HR department operates efficiently while supporting employees and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities :

  • Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Organize and implement training and development programs to foster growth and attention to detail.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave, resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and promote HR initiatives aimed at maintaining a positive and productive workplace.
  • Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating human resource policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage performance evaluations, including organizing quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Analyze HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates and time-to-fill, to improve HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while recommending improvements to HR practices.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in Office applications; familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to address and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Additional HR certifications or training are considered a plus.
