Schedule : Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. On-site, not remote position.
Hourly Rate : $26.00 to 28.00 per hour
Project Administrator Requirements :
- Five (5) years' Customer service and administrative experience
- Experience operating and updating CMMS systems for updating, editing, routing, and uploading documents, including facility assets, PM schedules, work orders, inspections, testing, maintenance, certificates, and Quality Control (QC)
- Experience with EQIP
- Google Drive & Microsoft Office proficiency
- Government / commercial facility customer service and reporting experience
- Required to obtain and maintain federal government badge with Public Trust (PT and / or Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- Experience with timesheet management
- Some background experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, lighting, carpentry, drywall and hardware, painting, masonry, flooring environments
Project Administrator Responsibilities :
Answer and direct phone calls and emailsAssign & dispatch work ordersReview, follow-up and QC completed work ordersProvide updates to customers on work orders and projects.Support CMMS systemWork directly with assisting Project Manager and SupervisorsCoordinate project tasks and deliverables.Request invoices, tracking payment, etc.Assist with scheduling and set up safety training & attendAssist with parking applications and requestsSchedule appointments for onboarding (background / fingerprints) & assist with EQIPOrder office & site supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms.Update and manage sign in sheets, leave requests, and assist in managing staff schedulesReview staff time and collect documents to submit for payrollCollect daily logs, tours, reports, etc.Send out morning building report each morning with fire panel and elevator logCollect all daily, weekly, and monthly documents and distribute.Assist staff with work orders, iPadsManage all onsite files, paper & electronic, including contract required documents.Create and distribute reportsPrepare & update Contract Deliverables and PlansProject Administrator : Your benefit coverage begins on your first day with us!
