Job Description
The Utility Engineer is responsible for maintenance within the Casino and fulfilling maintenance work orders.
Duties :
- Repair restaurant, kitchen, and bar equipment.
- Repair air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment.
- Move heavy loads and cleanup general maintenance waste.
- Complete cosmetic repairs and conduct preventative maintenance in the hotel rooms and hallways.
- Constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.
