Key Responsibilities

Experience in scaling organizations from $30-50M in revenue to higher multiples

Proficiency in using AI tools for operational efficiency

Strong problem-solving skills tailored to unique marketplace complexities

Proven ability to drive change and influence across functions without direct authority

Demonstrated excellence in setting high standards and maintaining rigorous performance management
