Job description

Corporate Tax Manager - NYC (3 Days / Week In-Office)

Seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager with heavy ASC 740 provision experience to join our team in NYC (hybrid - 3 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review federal / state corporate and partnership tax returns
  • Prepare and review ASC 740 for SEC clients
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate tax staff
  • Manage compliance engagements end-to-end
  • Research and draft memos on complex tax issues
  • Develop strong client relationships and liaise between Audit and Tax teams

Qualifications :

  • CPA or EA with Master's in Taxation
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong supervisory, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and large engagements independently
