Responsibilities :

- Utilize basic Excel functions to organize and manipulate data as needed.
- Review and process invoices to support accounts payable operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies when handling sensitive information.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries.
- Support general administrative tasks as required to assist the team.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for data submissions and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to clarify information and improve processes.
- Familiarity with basic Excel functions and formatting.
