Job descriptionLead national growth initiatives to expand LAZ Parking’s footprint and achieve strategic business goals. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective deals from lead generation to successful close. Develop and nurture new and existing client relationships across diverse markets. Support regional business development efforts, including proposal writing, RFP responses, presentations, and transition oversight. Conduct introductory and follow-up meetings, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Design and implement marketing and sales strategies. Represent LAZ Parking at national client meetings, trade shows, and company-sponsored events. Ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded in client engagements. Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents and Partners to strengthen local and national relationships. Drives the implementation of projects, programs and initiatives that may arise as needed to maintain (and maximize) client relationships. Liaises between executives / partners and leadership teams to drive company strategy. Innovates to assist in the development of new technology solutions. Drives the use of data and benchmarking metrics for the portfolio to improve profitability and results. Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreements between LAZ Parking and our clients. Approximately 25% (1-2x / month) of time is spent travelling, in pursuit of new business and supporting existing business. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 8-10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships. Proven success in leading national or multi-regional growth initiatives. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer acquisition, and contract negotiation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated commitment to servant leadership and team development. Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea-sharing and creative problem-solving. Ability to encourage open expressions of ideas and opinions. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization and with clients. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
