Bi-Lingual Transportation Sr. Specialist

Transportation Senior Specialist is a Korean / English bilingual position that is responsible for overseeing billing for all transportation and warehouse (3CC) customers and assisting with developing business plans that align with departmental goals. This role will also provide administrative support for the transportation and warehouse operation teams.

Reports to : Transportation COO

Responsibilities :

• Oversee billing for all transportation and warehouse customers (over 30 auto suppliers, mostly Korean auto parts suppliers)
• Verify and process account payable and receivable invoices for the transportation department.
• Assist in analyzing transportation data and track operation progress relative to the business plan.
• Collect and analyze data to develop monthly business reports of transportation and warehouse operations.
• Manage POD (Proof of Delivery) documents for all completed transportation orders.
• Maintain accurate customer database and financial records.
• Collaborate with developers to update and add new features to the TMS.
• Communicate with customers related to transportation inquiries and billing.
• Process given administrative tasks needed / requested by the management team.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $65,500-73,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
