Job description

I represent a Family Medicine opportunity in picturesque Northwest Ohio, along with additional positions listed below. If interested, please call, text, or email and I will send links for review :

Position Overview :

Employed by not-for-profit, integrated regional health system
Leading healthcare provider with a network of ten, well established outpatient practices
While we primarily seek general Family Medicine providers, we are open to candidates with Sports Medicine training
Work-life balance - Variety of scheduling options :

Standard Monday - Friday

4 Day weeks

6 days on / 7 days off - 12hr Mon-Thurs, 10hr Fri, 4hr Sat

hour days per month

Part-time schedules

Average of 18-20 patients per day - New patient appointments are scheduled for 30-40 minutes, while follow-up visits typically last 20 minutes, allowing for comprehensive and attentive care.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits :

Salary is 300k for 40 hrs. At 30 hrs / week, salary is $230k base

Additional earning through RVU production

60K Sign on bonus

Candidates qualify for full benefits at 30 hrs / week.

10K Relocation assistance

PLSF Eligible

20 Days PTO plus national holidays

5 Days CE with 5K Allowance
