A company is looking for a Senior Director Engineering UI and User Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of user interfaces and experiences across digital products
Drive UI development strategy, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and user-centric design principles
Establish development best practices and frameworks for UI components across platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
15+ years of experience in software development or UI engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale UI platform development
Experience engaging and influencing C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Foundational AI skills and understanding of AI applications in design and user experience
