The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible for the overall management and leadership of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and operational efficiency. This role oversees daily operations, develops and implements policies, manages budgets, and fosters a positive environment for residents and staff. The LNHA collaborates with department heads to ensure optimal care delivery, drives organizational goals, and upholds the facility's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical care, financial performance, and staff management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs while achieving financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Foster a safe, welcoming environment that prioritizes resident satisfaction and well-being.
- Address and resolve resident, family, and staff concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare for regulatory inspections.
