Urgent Hiring : Mechanical Assembler SHIFT - 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

🔧 Job Description

We’re hiring a Mechanical Assembler with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in mechanical or electronic manufacturing. You’ll be assembling mail automation equipment using hand and power tools, working both independently and collaboratively in a climate-controlled facility.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow assembly drawings
  • Assemble mechanical components and systems
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members or work solo, depending on project needs

🧠 Essential Skills

  • Ability to read and understand technical assembly drawings
  • Familiarity with mechanical parts : pulleys, bearings, springs, gears
  • Knowledge of hardware : screws, bolts, nuts, washers, snap rings

  • Strong experience using hand and power tools
  • Previous work in a mechanical or electronic manufacturing environment

    • This is a contract-to-hire position based in Plano, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
