• 4 physicians, 4 APRN's, 2 Audiologist, RN, LPN, and support staff
• Office hours : Monday - Thursday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm; Friday 9 : 00am - 12 : 00pm
• Call schedule : 6-7 days per month
