Job descriptionConduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care. Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as needed. Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in community outreach and wellness programs. Required Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) EMR System Used : eClinicalWorks The ideal candidate will have outpatient primary care experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
