Project Manager - Engineering

Hayward Holdings, the world's leading manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Clemmons, NC team. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role will lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through production, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate enterprise-level projects across multiple business units
• Develop project plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive product development using Hayward's gated process (HPDS)
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and external vendors to meet project objectives
• Provide regular progress reports and manage stakeholder expectations
• Support the development and improvement of project management tools and best practices

Qualifications :

This position is in-office 5 days a week.
