Responsibilities :
- Directly report to the Director of Clinical Practice and collaborate with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals.
- Work collaboratively with medical staff to provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.

Qualifications :
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.Possess an unrestricted APRN professional license and DEA as allowed by state regulations.Benefits :
