C lass Commander : Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! Family Connector : Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together. Master of all : Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for Event Enthusiast : Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker. Clean & Green : Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness. Passion for Kids : Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background : Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If youve coached a herd of cats, youre overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz : Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. Energetic & Fun : Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic : Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Command Presence : Set the bar high and speak with authority Passionate : Strong love for coaching Mentor : Form deep relationships with KidStrong families Performer : Fun, likable, and a joy to be around. Job Title : KidStrong Coach
Center : Littleton
Reports To : General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Compensation : $20 per hour
