Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required

Minimum of two years of experience in SEO, social media management, and copywriting

Proven track record in driving organic traffic and improving website rankings

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance

Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs

Proficiency in creating and editing graphic and multimedia content

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost brand visibility

Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize on-page elements, including meta descriptions, headers, and alt tags

Plan and implement link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search engine performance

Manage social media accounts with a focus on engagement, listening, and responding to audiences while promoting SEO-friendly content

Create, maintain, and manage an editorial calendar to align content with marketing goals and SEO objectives

Produce and oversee high-quality multimedia content, including photography, videos, and graphics, that enhances user engagement

Monitor and analyze SEO and social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals

Support promotional efforts for product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives
