Connect Staffing is seeking a temporary MIG Welder / Metal Fabricator for a metal fabricating company in Los Alamitos, CA.
Schedule : Monday through Thursday, 6 am- 4 : 30 pm, Fridays 6 am - 2 : 30 pm, with overtime as needed.
Requirements of a MIG Welder / Metal Fabricator
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general labor and / or construction.
- Proven experience with MIG welding on carbon steel.
- The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience welding aluminum or stainless steel is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in roles such as Metal Fabrication, Ironworker, Sheet Metal Worker, Solderer, Brazer, and Welding Fabricator is a plus!
