Job Title : Plumbing Foreman – High-Rise Condo Construction

Location : Tampa, FL

Start Date : Immediate openings available

Talent Corps is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our high-rise residential construction projects in Tampa, FL . This is a full-time position with competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to work on major multi-story projects.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing activities for multi-story residential projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications .

Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project plans to lay out plumbing systems including water supply, sewer, and drainage.

Oversee installation of PEX piping, copper, CPVC, cast iron , and related materials for domestic water, sanitary, and storm systems.

Direct and mentor crews of plumbers and apprentices, assigning tasks and monitoring quality and productivity .

Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain schedules and resolve conflicts.

Inspect completed work for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with design specifications.

Manage material orders, inventory, and jobsite logistics to ensure proper workflow and minimize delays.

Enforce job site safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks to promote a safe work environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues during construction, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or senior plumber on high-rise construction projects.

Skilled in blueprint reading and installation of PEX, copper, CPVC, and cast iron systems .

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor crews.

Knowledge of safety compliance and OSHA standards.

Excellent scheduling and problem-solving skills.
