Receptionist / Administrative Associate

Location: Camarillo

Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $18-$20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Associate to serve as the first point of contact for their office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily office operations in a professional tax office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain tax-related data accurately
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist customers at the front desk
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with accurate and consistent data entry
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor
• Previous tax office experience preferred
