Entry-Level Client Service Associate (January 2026)

The Client Service Associate is responsible for working with the Lead Advisor to serve wealth management clients. The Client Service Associate would be relied upon to execute operational tasks, build a rapport with the clients and Lead Advisor, and develop into an advisor within 3-5 years.
Major Responsibilities :
- Become proficient in executing tasks (trades, disbursements, account onboarding, account maintenance, etc.) with our custodian, Charles Schwab, on behalf of our clients.
- Complete 100% of action items related to client in a timely manner.
- Prepare and update Financial Plans.
- Review and summarize Estate Plans.
- Prepare client portfolio review meeting documents.
- Attend client meetings with the Lead Advisor.
- Document meeting notes and work with Lead Advisor execute tasks driven from the client meetings.
- Build relationships with clients and RubinBrown team members.
- Maintain current client information in all existing databases.
Preferred Experience / Background / Skills :
Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.2 or more years of work experience in the financial services industry.Desire to pass the CFP within 2-3 years of hire.Strong organization, planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills.Passion to serve clients and support a team of investment professionals.Initiative, detail oriented, follow through.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels internally and externally.Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).Proficient internet skills.Ability to handle routine tasks with minimal supervision.Ability to support multiple team members and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively in deadline situations.Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful.Able to work independently, as well as with a team.Ability to work in excess of normal work hours, when necessary.Working Conditions :
