Commercial Employees is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in McKees Rocks with a Metal Fabrication shop that produces precision flat-rolled steel products. $28 per hour and weekly pay.

Maintenance Technician Role & Requirements

Primary purpose is to maintain, repair, or replace all equipment involved in the operation of the plant :

• Our Maintenance Technician should have strong knowledge of and direct or related experience of repair and maintenance of equipment, especially machinery used in the specialty steel industry
• Knowledge of electrical machine repair and maintenance is essential
• Knowledge of burning and welding
• Order equipment parts or outside services, and perform safety inspections as required
• Pneumatic, Hydraulic, YTE pertaining to Lathe and Milling Machines in order to Yield and Tensile Strength Testing
• 1-2 years minimum experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs. periodically
