We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programmer Analyst to join our team in Andover. While prior experience with RPG is highly desirable, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will possess a background in programming and a willingness to learn RPG. This role involves working on various tickets, including new feature development, tool creation, and bug fixes.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement new features and tools based on user requirements.
• Diagnose and fix bugs to improve the performance and reliability of our software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and system changes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
