The Job :

As a Distribution Center Supervisor youll provide leadership and development of direct reports designate workload for associates maintain the quality standards and meet daily production goals in Fontana CA. Specifically youll :

• Ensure safety of employees via active safety culture management policy enforcement and assisting in developing improvements to our business
• Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the departments mission in an effective and efficient manner
• Plans and coordinates work by performing time studies cost analysis prototype builds or other means as necessary
• Trains and motivates; monitors and evaluates performance of associates in the department
• Ensures associates ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations
