Enterprise Resilience Risk Lead

As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Lead within PNC's Business Resilience organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Lead, you will be responsible for performing ongoing risk assessments to inform resilience strategy and monitor impacts to established risk tolerances. Risk identification is enabled through various activities including : The enterprise risk assessment, gaps, concentrations of unmitigated risk & quality concerns, inadequate resilience strategies (e.g., AWA gaps) Third party assessment, source code escrow, & ongoing monitoring activities Change Initiative engagement & monitoring activities. Quality control monitoring BR and Ops Res Lifecycles. Crisis / Event Management Metrics.
As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Leader, you will work closely across the Business Resilience and Enterprise Event Management teams, in the assessment of resiliency risks across the Enterprise and drive the appropriate actions and strategies.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in risk identification & assessments or relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry. Strong knowledge of industry best practices in risk management, risk frameworks, including Scenario Analysis, Risk Aggregation and Concentration, as well as the FFIEC IT Examination Regulatory guidelines Common Risk Management certifications a plus, such as PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), CRISC, RIMS-CRMP, CRM. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
