Job description

ProHome is seeking a Director of Marketing to provide leadership and direction for our marketing department and all activities. For over 40 years, ProHome has been the leader in providing third-party warranty management services to single-family home builders, and multi-family developers across the United States.

The Director of Marketing will play a key role helping to map out and execute the next phase of ProHome’s growth and market share. The top candidate will combine strategic thinking with broad tactical marketing skills to implement and execute the marketing initiatives designed to drive demand for our services and contribute to the company’s growth going forward.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Own the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, using performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaign performance, website conversion, and lead quality.
  • Build and iterate data-driven lead generation programs in close collaboration with sales and leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate and test new marketing channels, tactics, and tools for lead acquisition and engagement, with a mindset for experimentation and growth.
  • Develop and oversee marketing automation strategies (email, retargeting, CRM integration) to improve nurture cycles and maximize ROI.
  • Independently manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities, setting and adhering to timelines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks without requiring external direction.
  • Provide strategic marketing direction for the entire organization.
  • Raise brand awareness within our targeted industry verticals, while helping to increase leads and impact sales.
  • Responsible for the development and management of the marketing budget.
  • Manage the development of sales and marketing materials, including print materials, brochures, videos, presentations, and digital assets that support the sales team's efforts. Intermediary design skills.
  • ProHome’s primary point of contact with third party marketing partners.
  • Help with coordination of company participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Active member of the ProHome leadership team.

Qualifications :

  • Strong experience with lead generation strategy and marketing funnel optimization, especially in B2B service-based industries.
  • Highly analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, etc...)
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, resourceful environment, where wearing multiple hats and initiating new ideas is key to success.
  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a B2B service sector environment and ideally focused on marketing services or products to the home builder community.
  • Hands on leader.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing multi-channel content, marketing campaigns, data analysis and online growth hacking.
  • Intermediary graphic design skills (layout design, image editing & creating consistent brand visuals across different media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work with and collaborate with internal stakeholders, as well as vendors and clients.
  • Reports to : CEO

    Job Type : Full-Time

    Salary : $80K annually

    Location : Remote - Candidates can be anywhere in the 50 United States of America.
