Job descriptionDeliver Orders to customers safely in your vehicle. Assist with basic kitchen operations. (Wash dishes, empty trash, stock items, sweep, mop, cashier / front counter, answer phones, cut pizzas, etc.) Must be available for at least 30 hours per week for 1 year for full-time benefits. (Part-time is always available, switch back and forth if you need!) Must have your own vehicle. Must have your own insurance. Must be 18 years or older. Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year if 19 years or older. Must have valid driver's license for at least 2 years if 18 years old. Must have less than 2 tickets in the last 2 years or 3 tickets in last 3 years. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility. Must be comfortable driving / delivering in moderate Midwestern weather conditions such as snow and rain. Consent to background check Delivery driver experience Driving skills Ability to lift heavy objects Customer service skills Valid driver's license for route driving Ability to load and unload prepared-food efficiently On-the-job Training with Full Pay Right Away. Be delivering your first day! Discount on food purchases any day-every day. Cash / cash card paid every shift. Paycheck for hourly wages is bi-weekly. Drivers receive $0.45+ per mile mileage reimbursement. (adjusted with fuel prices) Mileage and tips are loaded onto a check card daily, after shift. Get a chance to drive the DXP Delivery Car, Domino’s e-Bike and our new Domino's all Electric Delivery vehicle! Kitchen / Insider hours are also available to drivers if interested. Take a break from the road and make some pies.
