Dental Hygienist (New Grads Accepted) - Dublin, OH

Job Type : Full-Time

Facility Type : Inpatient

Sign-On Bonus : $4,000

Schedule : 4 days per week

  • Monday : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Wednesday : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Thursday : Off
  • Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our inpatient facility in Dublin, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient care and service, making the patient the top priority while exhibiting excellent chairside manner.
  • Partner with the team to ensure a respectful, collaborative, and efficient workplace.
  • Maintain patient schedules to minimize wait times.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and ongoing care plans.
  • Perform all clinical hygiene functions, including :

    • Evaluating X-rays and reviewing medical histories

  • Performing adult / child prophylaxis and non-surgical periodontal therapy
  • Co-assessing treatment plans with the doctor
  • Complete periodontal charting per guidelines.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality through full HIPAA compliance.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • State-registered Dental Hygienist
  • Local Anesthesia license required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office (new graduates also accepted)
  • Experience with EMR and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
