Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Assist in the construction or renovation of buildings, roads, and other structures. Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and moving heavy equipment. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe work environment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Provide support in various tasks including concrete pouring, framing, roofing, and other construction activities as assigned. Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and materials, ensuring that the job site is well-stocked and organized. Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in construction or manual labor is an asset but not required. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices. Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Benefits : Competitive hourly wage.
