Sales Support
- Assists sales as needed with helping prepare purchase orders for order entry. Assist sales team with fielding customer calls and emails on status updates, contract questions, and quotations. Assist core sales team as needed with reports, projects, and new customer setups.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external sales agents to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Customer Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product inquiries, technical questions and delivery schedules.Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionallyCommunicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Work closely with experienced professionals across sales, production, quality assurance, engineering, and shipping departments to provide accurate information to customers.Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details. Prepare weekly reports on open order status, past dues, and customer feedback as required.Send updated monthly lead times to all customersSend customers master ship lists and tracking information the day following shipment(s). Send proof of deliveries when requested.Product Knowledge
