This position is primarily responsible for sales of hard good merchandise and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability and continue to provide the best-in-class guest service.

Job Responsibilities :

• Generate sales for skis / boots / bindings
• Boot fitting
• Maintain the high-standard for guest service
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
• Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards
• Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company
• Other duties as may be assigned

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

The employee is frequently required to walk. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The anticipated start date is late November / early December.
