Our client, a leading organization in the consumer support industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Customer Engagement Support team, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with consumers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to inclusivity and excellence.

Location : Fremont, MI

Pay Range : $14 / hr

What's the Job?

\n\n \n\t

  • Engage with consumers via phone, email, live chat, SMS, and eCommerce platforms to address inquiries, complaints, and praise.\n\t
  • Support all brands within the Nestlé Nutrition CES scope by providing expert advice, nutrition education, and personalized solutions.\n\t
  • Foster consumer loyalty and drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.\n\t
  • Facilitate and support eCommerce initiatives and product transactions to enhance customer experience.\n\t
  • Process quality incidents in compliance with FDA and Nestlé requirements, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.\n

What's Needed?

\n\n \n\t

  • High School Diploma or GED; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.\n\t
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.\n\t
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools such as Salesforce Engage OMNI.\n\t
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple channels of communication.\n\t
  • Flexibility to support a 24 / 7 engagement center, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.\n
