Key Responsibilities
Standardize administrative processes and promote ongoing survey readiness
Lead training and onboarding of new administrative staff while developing metrics to evaluate effectiveness
Collaborate with management to implement training policies and facilitate effective communication across departments
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; AA / AS degree preferred
Six months of experience in an administrative support role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in specific applications required within 90 days of hire
Experience in multi-location healthcare preferred; previous dialysis experience is a strong plus
