LVN Flexible Home Health

Salary : $28 - $33 per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The LVN will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. Gtube, Trach and Vent management experienced nurses are encouraged to apply!

Schedule options :

We are currently looking for to fill multiple cases including : Mornings, Afternoons, Overnights, and Weekends. 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts available.

Responsibilities :

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications :

Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.

One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
